All kinds of styles are featured, from swing and cool jazz to boogie woogie and dixieland, with the necessary improvisational solos included. Of course you can also dance. Every time there is a different band or combo present. The room is attractively decorated, the waiter is ready to serve you and the musicians are eager to play. In short: Jazz at the Castle has all the ingredients for a fun Sunday afternoon!

When?

Jazz at the Castle takes place on Sundays April 7, May 5, September 1 and October 6, starting at 2:30 p.m until about 4:30 p.m.

Tickets available: The Blue Jackets Jazzband on May 5. Genuine solid Dixieland music where the sound is determined by a combination of instruments and vocals supported by a driving rhythm section. It’s impossible to sit still!

You can buy a ticket (only) online for €9.50 per person. This includes a drink. Would you also like to visit the museum in advance? Then when you purchase a Jazz at the Castle ticket you will receive a 50% discount on the entrance fee, you can indicate your choice on the ticket page. With a Museum Card or Friends Lottery VIP card you have free entrance, but of course you pay for the ticket to attend Jazz at the Castle.
