Route and Parking

Helmond Museum and the two museum sites (Helmond Castle and Kunsthal Helmond) are located in the centre of Helmond. They are easily accessible by car and public transport. If you’re coming by train, you can get off at Helmond railway station and follow the signs. Helmond Castle is around ten minutes’ walk from the railway station, while Kunsthal Helmond is approximately fifteen minutes’ walk.

Parking
An above-ground, paid car park, Parkeerterrein Kasteel-Traverse, is located approximately two minutes’ walk from Helmond Castle. Parking is not permitted on the square in front of the castle. You can also park in the sheltered car park Boscotondo located on Frans Joseph van Thielpark. From here, it is approximately two minutes’ walk to Kunsthal Helmond.

Parking badge 

If you have a disabled parking badge, you can park your car for free on the square at Helmond Castle located between the castle and the two towers. The badge in the car must be visibly displayed.

Bicycle

Helmond Museum is also easy to reach by bicycle or on foot. You can safely park your bicycle for free at the Kasteel-Traverse bicycle parking facility.
